How I Make Great Money From Youtube (Without Using Adsense)

I know right, another method about making a living money online….

Although it’s important to stick to one thing at a time, Youtube can produce some good results in a few different ways.

I’ve always wanted to see if I could make some extra cash from Youtube videos….

Let’s be real, unless you want to gather up 1000s of subscribers and make video’s every single day those AdSense payments won’t pay the bills.

Here is a list of 8 creators who earn a serious living but theyhave tons of subscribers!

How much do youtube channels make? Not much unless you have a large following so forget about AdSense this time, I can show you a few other ways that will get you a few bucks on Youtube.

It will also take you a while before you can even activate AdSense. So you would have to learn how to enable monetization on Youtube before you even make a dime. The Youtube creators academy can show you how to do this.

So let’s get right into it, there is money to be made on all social media platforms just like the Facebook wage I make on a regular basis.

I’m going to show you 4 methods that will show you how to make money with videos. I’ve used these methods at some stage throughout my time online. I always see people asking about this method so let’s get started.

This is actually the case with anything to do with making money online. Unless you are the guys charging over $8k for a course and not honoring refunds you won’t get rich overnight. (yip that happens)

This online hustle is a gradual process.

There are lots of other ways you can create a good living online with youtube but these are the ones that worked for me.

Renting Out Videos

I didn’t really know this existed until people started contacting me about it.

I have quite a few ranked videos on the Tube, I get someone contacting me at lease twice a week asking for link rentals.

This means someone wants to place an annotation on your video for a monthly fee.

$150-500 a month is what I’ve been offered but none of them were related to my video. However, choose one that was semi related for $230 a month.

This is the video I used and it’s ranked for a lot of work from home keywords.

By using these Hack Life tips it also gave me some great ideas.

Since the product wasn’t really related to my niche I only placed the link for a month. Did they get sales? Yip, so it definitely did what it was supposed to.

This would work in any niche, there is always someone with a product they are looking to sell.

To do this you need to get traffic to the video, to prove that it can perform. Add clear contact details in the video description.

One hurdle you need to get past with this will be the link you use. You can’t just use any link with annotations.

You need to use the URL that’s verified to the Youtube account. To do this download a plugin called Pretty Link, this will cloak any link for you using the website URL.

You can now place that link in the annotations.

Launch Jacking To Cash In With Your Video

Ok so link rentals are very straight forward and this concept is the same. However, it’s all about getting a video to the top before a product is launched.

Some of you might remember the $100+ a day method I’ve mentioned before right? Well, it works just the same but with video.

Not to mention videos are easier to rank.

For this method we want to rank the video in the top 2 positions on Youtube and if we can on Google. This will earn money on Youtube and from Google.

A few people recently asked me how to monetize youtube videos, well give them advice on what they can do. Launching jacking is simple and easy so I would recommend that.

Step 1 (Finding the Product)

I’m going to run this through steps to make it easier to understand.

You need to find a product, websites like Warrior JV is a perfect place that has a huge list of launches to promote.

What to look for….

• Something that’s launching in 2 weeks or more
• Has more than $10,000 prizes so it will be popular
• Clean landing page’s not crappy ones (you want to find people who no what they are doing)
• A weird name (explain soon)

Stay away from stuff like this… No offence to whoever did this but it’s 2016, we have unlimited options when it comes to landing page creators that could create something better than this in 5 minutes.

If they don’t want to put the time and effort into making good landing pages then it’s pointless promoting them.

Now this one below looks a lot better so we are going to use it in this example.

This ticks all the boxes including a name that’s not so popular.

What do I mean by this?

Don’t promote products that have hard keywords in them for example “Facebook Spy Tool” would be hard to rank for because it will be dominated by other Facebook related web sites.

“My Empire Funnel” on the other hand will be easy to rank for.

Step 2 (Getting Ready)

This is where you want to prepare things.

You need a video… right? How do you do that without anything to promote yet?

Contact the person selling the product and ask for a demo video if they haven’t already uploaded one…. ask if you can use it.

If that doesn’t work then upload a video of you talking about the launch or pay someone on Fiverr to do it. You just need a random video to rank.

Once you have a video, start a channel with the Keyword as the username.

It could be…

• My Empire Funnel
• My Empire Funnel Review
• Empire Funnel
• My Empire Funnel Bonus
• Empire Funnel Review

Anything like that will be fine. (this is just an example)

Step 3 (Ranking the Video)

You have the upper hand here.

Why?

People are lazy so that works in our favour, most of the videos will be uploaded and that’s it…. No SEO. they don’t realize how much money they are missing out on.

First, upload the video and optimize it for the target keywords.

For the product above I would use….

• My Empire Funnel
• My Empire Funnel Review
• Empire Funnel
• Empire Funnel Review

Sprinkle them in the video descriptions then you are ready to get it ranked.

SEO…. (search engine optimization) is still KING!

This is when you get something ranked on the first page of the search engines, optimize it to get there.

Once you have the video ranked then wait until launch day, You will start to get sales and they should last 7-14 days.

Trust me it;s better than waiting around for AdSense, Youtube monetizationrates are low.

If you didn’t know already the average salary people get from youtube view is very low.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

The money maker!

SEO is still king and there are so many reasons why but most of all it’s free organic traffic.

I bet you heard it before, SEO is dead right?…… That’s a load of BS

How To Rank The Videos And Start Earning

It’s a lot easier to rank a video than it is to rank a website.

Why would that be?

Well, The videos already have authority, they are parasites so you can hit them hard with links as soon as you want.

Links from Fiverr and Source Market work. You want to buy bulk PBN packages, the super cheap ones and things like Video embeds.

I would typically do something like this….

Buy a GSA blast of 10,000 links or more, buy 200+ youtube embeds then buy 100+ cheap crappy PBN post from the sites mentioned above or from forums.

This might sound basic. However, it does work and I’ve used it to rank my videos. (some of them in super hard niches)

This is the sort of stuff I’m talking about when I say Embed gigs.

This brings me to the next SEO method that can make your money from Youtube.

Rank videos for other people.

Any good salesmen can sell SEO for a profit and what better way to do it than rank easy videos. Local videos are super easy to do, there isn’t much competition in local niches on Youtube.

Remember, if you create any leads for a business it’s a good thing. Even if you created a couple leads a month as long as they get that ROI then job well done.

If the video gets 5 views a month that doesn’t matter, all it takes if for 1 of those views to become a lead or make a purchase and it’s cash in the bank for them (and you).

If you can get a business more leads they will gladly pay you to get them to the top.

Quick Tip..

If you upload a video and it ranks from video optimization without any links just leave it. No point in trying to fix something that’s not broken.

It’s ranking, mission accomplished.

Don’t just rely on rankings!

Although it’s fun to rank video’s and start making some money on Youtube, don’t overlook the obvious.

Video optimization!

People don’t seem to optimize, maybe they are lazy? I don’t know but they miss out on HUGE traffic.

Tags serve a purpose so use as many as you can along with a good description.

Check this out.. one of my top ranking videos only get’s 33% of its traffic from people searching.

For every 1000 view’s only 330 of them are from the video’s ranking position, the rest come from video suggestions and other places where the video has popped up.

This is all because I use the correct tags, super important. If Youtube doesn’t know what it’s all about it will hide the video forever. Before you go and start making money from your videos you need to understand optimization first.

So you want to get traffic to a video about a plumber in Seattle for example right? Use related tags so when someone lands on the competitions video you will pop up in the recommended video section.

The potential client clicks on your client’s video instead then decided to use their service…. it’s happy profits for everyone.

It just makes sense to take some time and tell Youtube what the video is about.

Affiliate Reviews

This is similar to launch jacking but more long term when it comes to making money with Youtube.

Use websites like Clickbank to find evergreen niches (niches that don’t burn out)

Find a product or some type of software that you think will convert well then simply promote it by doing a review video.

Either contact the vendor and see if you can get a review copy or buy it.

Do a video going through the entire product while promoting it.

Then… you guessed it, get traffic to the video with the methods mentioned above.

This is a little different though, I would suggest trying to rank for long tail niche related keywords instead of product keywords.

Take this diabetes product for example… (this is a super hard niche so I wouldn’t try it haha)

I would rank it on youtube for Diabetes related keywords. You could rank it for variations of the product name but sales won’t be consistent.

You will get peak sales when there is a big promotion of the product somewhere then they will drop off.

Niche related keyword’s on the other hand, will bring you consistent traffic and sales if you get in front of the right audience.

You could even go ahead and use Tumblr for a landing page since it’s free and do a product review.

What Not To Do When Trying To Earn A Living On Youtube

This is the biggest waste of time and never works.

You will never be seen because Youtube will filter the links.

Don’t be like these guys…..

This is seriously a HUGE waste of time and won’t get anyone anywhere.

These never see the light of day I have a spam box full of them, Youtube isn’t stupid.

Final Words

I think it’s clear to say that SEO and video optimization is king, it wins hands down.

This reminds me of when I was showing you guys how I make money on Facebook and made over $700.

Personally, the Launch Jacking method worked for me the best, there can be a lot involved because you have to always be promoting upcoming products to make any real movement in profits.

Don’t let that hold you back though if you want to learn how to make a living on Youtube. There is some good cash to be made!

To make that life changing income from Youtube you need to be a one of them viral million plus sub channels. A lot of people ask how they make money without Adsense, affiliate offers are a better way.

The methods above won’t get you rich but it shows how videos can earn you money on Youtube! That’s the aim of the game right?
